My vote Wisconsin will show when the post office received the ballot from me.  When the ballot is returned from you to me, I am required to post date that I received.  This is so that you can check that it was received by me the clerk.

Monday October 28th, I will hold a BALLOT TEST.  The County sends information and test ballots that are run through the machine to verify counting.  After the information is sent back to County Clerk, the machine is cleared for Election Day.  When polls open a zero tape is printed, the poll workers verify the tape and sign it.  They also check the ballot bin that it is empty and ready.  THIS IS A PUBLIC TEST IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED.  I and some poll workers will be there at 10 am for the test.
